Abstract

Meta-analysis; Is a method of reaching a general conclusion about the results of the studies by statistically analyzing quantitative data obtained from a large number of independent studies of similar subjects.This article involves a meta-analytical study focused on relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction. In this context, the correlation-based structure of the relationship between the two concepts related to combining the results obtained from independent works is revealed. Quantitative data were collected and interpreted by means of meta-analysis in the study. In this respect, following the literature research, studies which investigated the organizational justice and job satisfaction relationship between the years 2005-2015, met the inclusion criteria were reported in Turkish article and were included in the meta-analytical research. Turkish-based eleven academic articles (N=3688) were examined by Hedges’g method based on the correlation between related concepts. As a result of the analysis, the true impact value was determined as 0.657 according to the random effect model. It has been found that the true effect size is in high-limit. Eventually, it can be stated that there is no significant difference between the studies because they are homogeneous.
