Abstract

Human development is a concept emerging from the global debate on economic growth and development after the second half of the 20th century. In this sense, GDP, which is used in many countries as a pioneering goal and indicator of national progress, is not enough to meet the basic needs of people alone. Therefore, not only the economic wealth, but also the richness of human life is one of the important concepts.
