This study aims that these environmental interactions affect working performance and by improving these conditions, working performance will be much better. Such criteria’s like; lightening, heating, air conditioning, humidity, noise, ergonomics, neatness, settlement patterns will affect the performance while working. By standardizing these physical environmental conditions at an average rate, working performance will be affected positively and it will also protect both the employee’s health and the employer’s profit. In this study, which is made by using the literature review method, it was tried to remark that physical conditions in Office s effects performance, and performance increase can be provided with adjustment done, for this reason. Physical conditions such as lighting, heating, lamp, ventilation, humidity, noise, ergonomics, cleaning, and interior layout in Office environment were investigated in mainframe and were evaluated. Apart from these, matters such as workload, information systems, communication systems that are liable to effect working performance and that are thought to be indirect effect with working performance were investigated and evaluated under the title of effect of other conditions on working performance. It has been determined that the regulation of inadequate or unfavorable physical conditions in the office environment will increase performance.
