Abstract

There are job opportunities in the public and private sectors of the students after graduating from Department of Business Administration in Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. The computerized accounting course they have taken during their undergraduate studies for The Department of Business Administration graduates who prefer to the accounting profession is important to transfer into practice theoretical informations. In this research, it is aimed to determine of success status and viewpoints towards course of the students who have taken the computerized accounting course in Business Administration Department in Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in Osmaniye Korkut Ata University (OKU). For this purpose, information about the success status of the students has taken from the student information system of the relevant university. In addition, a survey was applied to determine viewpoints towards course of students and SPSS statistical program was used in the analysis of the survey data. As a result of the analysis, significant differences were found among “Expressions about used package programs” and “Expressions about the attitudes and viewpoints towards the course of students”. Furthermore, there was found a very weak negative and statistically significant relationship between the “success levels” and “type of learning” of the participants.
