Abstract

In recent years, the concepts of cultural capital and social capital have gained importance. Because the basis of these two capital concepts is investment in human and human resources. Entrepreneurs & human resources who have developed themselves in cultural terms and have good social relations will develop new ideas and behave in this way as they know what to expect from them. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of cultural and social capital on service innovation behavior. This study is important to gain the literature by analyzing the interaction between the concept of cultural and social capital and the concept of service innovation behavior. Entrepreneurs and café employees working in the café sector of Kırıkkale, Nevşehir and Kırşehir in terms of scope and scope of work. A survey was conducted in the cafes to collect data and 256 data were collected. The effect between the variables was examined by regression analysis. As a result of the study, literary culture and parent counseling with subcategories of cultural capital were found to have an effect on service innovation behavior. On the other hand, it has been found that school-family interaction and family support have no effect on service innovation behavior. Outsourced activities and peer interaction from subscales of social capital affect service innovation behavior; cultural activities and religious activities did not affect service innovation behavior. As a result of the study, suggestions were made to the researchers and entrepreneurs who will deal with these issues from the findings.
