Abstract

In this study, the effects of organizational climate on organizational commitment and job satisfaction were investigated. Organizational climate is also considered as the personality of an enterprise. In addition, organizational climate types such as sincere climate, open climate, independent climate, paternal climate, closed climate and controlled climate were examined. Organizational climate, environmental and personal variables as a result of the interaction is explained. Types of organizational climate; open climate, closed climate, intimate climate, fatherly climate, controlled climate and independent climate are examined under six headings and in this study, organizational climate types are discussed. The positive perception of the organizational climate, ie the business atmosphere, is of great importance for the employees to focus more on success and to ensure their job satisfaction, efficiency and efficiency. Therefore, in this study, the effects of organizational climate on job satisfaction of employees were examined. The organizational climate also explains the expectations of how employees can work within the company, and the organizational climate and the importance of the needs of the employees. Organizational commitment is one of the most important elements for businesses and employees. Therefore, the effects of the climate created by the organizations on the organizational commitment are examined. Further development of organizational climate is of great importance in terms of developing creativity and innovation. In this study, the effects of organizational climate on organizational commitment and job satisfaction are examined.
