Meslek Yüksekokullarında 3+1 Eğitim Modeli Stajlarında Yapılan İş Teklifleri Üzerine Bir Araştırma: Honaz Meslek Yüksekokulu Örneği

Abstract
İşgücü piyasalarının nitelikli ara eleman ihtiyacını karşılamada meslek yüksekokulları (MYO) önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Bu ihtiyacı karşılamada bir öğretim döneminin tamamen staja ayrıldığı 3+1 eğitim modeli, günümüzde kabul gören bir uygulama olarak ön plana çıkmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, meslek yüksekokullarında 3 dönem ders sonrası uygulanan 1 dönem staj faaliyetindeki öğrencilere yapılan iş teklifi düzeylerini ölçmek ve öğrencilerin bu teklifler hakkındaki düşüncelerini değerlendirmektir. Araştırma, Pamukkale Üniversitesi Honaz Meslek Yüksekokulunda uygulamaya dâhil olan dört programda 234 öğrenciye uygulanan 6 soruluk Likert cevap bileşenli anketle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular ailenin aylık geliri, aile ile birlikte ikamet durumu, akademik ortalama, aylık harcama tutarı vb. demografik bileşenlerle birlikte değerlendirilecektir. Analiz sonrası elde edilen bulgulara göre öğrencilerin %37,7'sini işyerleri uzun süreli istihdam etme arzusundadır. Öğrencilerin %45,2'si işbaşı eğitimi yaptığı işyerinde, mezuniyet sonrası çalışmayı isteyebileceğini beyan etmektedir. Bu bulgulara göre model, henüz staj aşamasında bile %37,7'lik bir istihdam oluşturma kapasitesine sahiptir. Ailenin ikamet ettiği ilde yapılacak işbaşı eğitimleri, iş teklifini kabule teşvik edici bir etkiye sahiptir.

Abstract
Vocational colleges (Vocational Schools) play an important role to supply the need for skilled intermediate workers in labor markets. This requires a program to meet through a teaching period a 3+1 education model appears as an appropriate approach today. The purpose of this research, to measure the level of job offers made to the students in the 1-semester internship activity applied after 3 semesters in vocational schools and to evaluate students' thoughts about these job offers. This research has been realized with a questionnaire consisting of 6 questions and a Likert answer on 234 students in four programs Pamukkale University Honaz Vocational High School. All the findings will be evaluated with the monthly income of the family, residence status with family, academic average, amount of the monthly spending, demographic components etc. According to the findings obtained after the analysis, 37,7% of the students wanted to be employed a long time by the employers. 45.2% of the students declare that they may work after graduation at the workplace they made the training. According to these findings, the model still has an employment creation capacity of 37.7% even during the internship ( training ) stage. On-the-job training to be carried out on the ground that the family resides have an incentive to encourage acknowledging of the job offer.
