İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi Öğrencilerinin Kariyer Kararı Yetkinlik Beklentileri: Bayburt Üniversitesi Örneği

Abstract
Bireyin mutlu bir yaşam sürdürebilmesi için üç önemli kararda çok dikkatli olması gerekir: Arkadaş, Eş ve İş. Bu üç önemli karar, bireyin gelecekteki hayatında başarı, güç, statü, saygınlık ve huzur kazanmasında çok önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi öğrencilerinin kariyer kararı yetkinlik beklentilerini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Araştırmada öğrencilerin kariyer kararı yetkinlik beklenti düzeyleri için Betz, Klein ve Taylor tarafından geliştirilen ve Işık tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan Kariyer Kararı Yetkinlik Beklentisi Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde bağımsız gruplar için t-testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) test teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar literatür eşliğinde tartışılıp çeşitli öneriler sunulmuştur.

Abstract
The individual must be very careful with the three important their decisions in order to be able to lead a happy life: choose of friend, partner and job. These three important decisions are crucial in achieving success, power, status, prestige and peace in the future life of the individual. The purpose of this study is to reveal the career decision self efficacy expectations of faculty of economics and administrative sciences students. In this study, for level of Career Decision Self Efficacy of students, General Self Efficacy scale,which was developed by Betz, Klein and Taylor and adapted into Turkish language by Işık was used. For data analysis, t test for independent samples and one way ANOVA techniques have been used. The results are discussed and several recommendations are presented in the light of literature.
