Abstract

Abstract

Increasing interest in business ethics in recent years and raising awareness on business ethics have become widespread not only in enterprises but also in the curriculum of business schools. The ethical perception of the students, who are the potential human resources of the enterprises, is at least as important as the ethical perception of the employees. Therefore, 230 undergraduate and graduate students' perceptions of ethics were measured by in Ethical Perception Scale consisting of eight case studies. In this survey consisting of case studies, the ethical perceptions of students in different situations and roles are measured. No significant difference was found between undergraduate and graduate students. Also it wasn't found in the comparison of the achievement level in school. However, it was determined that there was a significant difference between female students and male students according to gender, and female students had higher ethical perceptions than male students.
