Field Editor
As the scope of the journal covers economics, politics, business, finance, and management, field editors have been appointed for the journal. Field editors are academics who are experts in their respective fields. The field editor first thoroughly reviews articles that have undergone preliminary review by the managing editor and have been referred to them, checking for compliance with the field, scope, ethics, publication policies, and writing rules. For articles that meet these criteria, they assign reviewers who are experts in the same discipline and follow up on the review process. They inform the managing editor of any issues arising during the process and request support. The field editor carefully follows the entire peer review process and always checks whether any requested revisions have been made. Even if the reviewer does not wish to see the requested revision, the field editor checks whether the author has made the correction. The field editor informs the managing editor once the article has successfully completed the peer review process.

The editor-in-chief consults the editorial board on matters related to the editorial process, indexes, and academic activities, and the board expresses its opinion when consulted. It monitors the academic level of the journal, the language and format of articles, the publication processes, and compliance with publication ethics, expresses its views, and ensures that necessary measures are taken. It proposes strategies for the development of the journal and, if necessary, suggests new policies.
