The Editor-in-Chief determines the journal’s publication strategy and editorial policies. In coordination with the Co-Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor, Assistant Editors, Section Editors and Language Editors, the Editor-in-Chief oversees the evaluation and publication processes of submitted manuscripts.
Based on the preliminary report prepared by the Managing Editor, the Editor-in-Chief conducts the initial editorial assessment of submitted manuscripts. After the completion of the peer review process, the Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision regarding publication by considering the recommendations of the section editors and reviewers.
The Editor-in-Chief ensures that editors, authors and reviewers comply with the journal’s publication policies and ethical standards. In addition, the Editor-in-Chief represents the journal in academic communities and scientific events and manages the journal’s relations with national and international indexing databases together with the Co-Editor-in-Chief.
The Co-Editor-in-Chief plays an active role in the development and implementation of the journal’s publication strategy and editorial policies. When necessary, the Co-Editor-in-Chief may act on behalf of the Editor-in-Chief and undertake the responsibilities assigned by the Editor-in-Chief.
The Co-Editor-in-Chief monitors the coordination between editors, reviewers and authors to ensure that the editorial process functions effectively. The Co-Editor-in-Chief also contributes to improving the journal’s academic reputation, visibility and publication quality.
In addition, the Co-Editor-in-Chief works with the publisher to monitor the technical infrastructure, website functionality and accessibility of the journal and supports the journal’s indexing processes.
The Managing Editor ensures that the journal’s publication processes are conducted in accordance with the journal’s editorial policies and publication standards.
The Managing Editor coordinates communication between section editors, reviewers and authors and oversees the progress of manuscripts throughout the editorial process. Manuscripts are reviewed for compliance with the journal’s aims and scope, writing guidelines and ethical standards before being forwarded to the Editor-in-Chief.
Following the Editor-in-Chief’s approval, the Managing Editor forwards manuscripts to the relevant section editors and initiates the peer review process. The Managing Editor also monitors the review process and organizes the editorial workflow and publication schedule.
Assistant Editors support the Editor-in-Chief and the Managing Editor in managing the editorial processes of the journal.
They assist in ensuring that submitted manuscripts comply with the journal’s editorial policies, writing guidelines and quality standards. Assistant Editors also contribute to the preparation of accepted manuscripts for publication, including proofreading coordination, final checks and issue preparation.
They may also assist in announcements related to new issues or special issues of the journal.
Section Editors are academics with expertise in the journal’s core fields, including economics, political science, business, finance and management.
Manuscripts forwarded by the Managing Editor are evaluated by the relevant Section Editor in terms of scope, academic quality, ethical compliance and adherence to the journal’s guidelines. Section Editors assign appropriate reviewers and monitor the peer review process.
They ensure that the required revisions are completed by the authors and report the final status of the manuscript to the Managing Editor.
Editorial Board Members consist of academics from different universities and areas of expertise. They contribute to the academic development of the journal by providing recommendations on editorial policies, academic standards and publication practices.

The Secretariat supports the administrative and technical operations of the journal. It assists in maintaining effective communication between the editorial team, authors and reviewers.
The Secretariat monitors manuscript submissions through the journal management system, assists with correspondence and helps maintain the organization of editorial records and journal archives.
The Secretariat also supports the technical workflow of the publication process and assists the editorial team in the day to day management of the journal.
