We can associate international relations many elements with the influence of artificial intelligence, such as multi-disciplinary actions of the leaders, creating strong military armies, increasing security, reducing terrorism, catching criminals, being superior in information technologies, gaining more profitable acquisitions with less cost, expanding fields of cooperation. Although we have many achievements thanks to artificial intelligence, the risks that may arise are kept as a priority issue that societies discuss in the world of science/academia and daily life. This article aims to systematically address the opportunities and threats that artificial intelligence can create in the international system, taking into account the current development of artificial intelligence. In doing so, I would like to express that I use books, journals and various electronic sources as detailed in the bibliography section in order to give a good understanding of the place of artificial intelligence in their discipline and contribute to my views.. As it is known, artificial intelligence is quite a large area, it is also difficult to predict. However, from the past to the development of artificial intelligence is possible to obtain comments on the future.
