Öğrencilerin Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışları İle Akademik Başarıları Arasındaki İlişkinin İncelenmesi

Abstract
Örgütsel vatandaşlık, bireyin kendisi için belirlenen standartların ötesinde gönüllü olarak çaba harcaması olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Akademik başarı ise öğrencinin akademik yaşamda amaçlanan davranışlara ulaşma düzeyi şeklinde tanımlanmaktadır. Bu iki kavramın birbirini etkileyebileceği düşüncesinden hareketle; bu çalışmanın amacı, örgütsel vatandaşlık, akademik başarı ve öğrencilerin demografik özellikleri arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Araştırma evrenini Kafkas Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Meslek Yüksekokulu, Aksaray Üniversitesi Şereflikoçhisar Berat Cömertoğlu Meslek Yüksekokulu ve Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat Üniversitesi Ticaret ve Sanayi Odası Meslek Yüksekokulu öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden anket tekniği kullanılmıştır. Kullanılan ölçek Organ’ın 5 örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı boyutunu temel alarak, 2003 yılında Özdevecioğlu’nun geliştirdiği 15 soru ve 5 boyuttan oluşan ölçektir. Ayrıca araştırmada öğrencilerin demografik özelliklerini belirlemeyi amaçlayan 7 soru sorulmuştur. Araştırma sonuçları çeşitli istatistiki testler ile değerlendirilecek olup, elde edilen sonuçlar farklı coğrafi bölgelerden seçilmiş 3 üniversite düzeyinde incelenecektir.

Abstract
Organizational citizenship is defined as voluntary effort by the individual beyond the standards set for him / herself. Academic achievement is defined as the level of achievement of the student's intended behavior in academic life. Acting with the belief that these two concepts can affect with each other; the purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between organizational citizenship, academic achievement and the demographic characteristics of students. The target population of the study is composed of the students of Kafkas University Social Sciences Vocational School, Aksaray University Şereflikoçhisar Vocational School and Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vocational School. Survey technique was used in the research. The scale used consists of 15 questions and 5 dimensions developed by Özdevecioğlu in 2003, based on the Organ's 5 organizational citizenship behavior dimension. In addition, 7 questions were asked to determine the demographic characteristics of the students in the survey. The results of the research will be evaluated with various statistical tests and the results will be examined at 3 universities selected from different geographical regions.
