Abstract

Küreselleşme süreciyle beraber, ulus devletin egemenliği sarsılmış, devletin yeni ve farklı rol tanımının yapılması gereği ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu gerekliliğin etkisiyle, Dünya ekonomisinde gittikçe artan yerelleşme politikalarının neticesinde küresel sermaye yerel yönetimleri kendisine ortak seçmiş, yerelleşme söylemiyle gündemde olan Bölgesel Kalkınma Ajansları bu anlayışta yeni ortak olarak belirlemiştir. Bu çalışma ile, yerel ve bölgesel kalkınmanın gerisinde kalmak istemeyen Dünya ülkeleri ile geleceğin birleşik Avrupa’sını gerçekleştirebilmek için AB ülkeleri ve Avrupa Birliği’ne uyum sürecini yaşayan Türkiye’nin yerelleşme ve bölgeselleşme politikalarında gerçekleştirdiği bir takım düzenlemeler ele alınmış ve bölgesel gelişme ve yerelleşme bağlamında günümüzün popüler aktörü haline gelen Bölgesel Kalkınma Ajansları’nın bu süreçlerle beraber yaşadığı değişim ve dönüşümlerin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.

Abstract

Along with the globalization process, the sovereignty of the nation-state has been shaken and the state has been required to define a new and different role. Under the influence of this necessity, as a result of the increasing localization policies in the world economy, global capital has chosen the local governments as its partner, and the regional development agencies on the agenda with the discourse of localization have determined as new partners in this understanding. With this work, the countries of the world who do not want to lag behind local and regional development with the EU countries in order to realize the united Europe of the future Turkey's harmonization process with the European Union living in the decentralization and regionalization policy in a number of regulations that performs discussed and it is aimed to examine the changes and transformations experienced by Regional Development Agencies that have become popular actors in the context of regional development and localization.
