Abstract
Dünya nüfusunda son 300 yılda meydana gelen artışlar, ülkeleri yeni kaynak arayışlarına itmiştir. Bu arayış, beraberinde yeni buluşlar, yeni fırsatlar ve en önemlisi devasa üretim artışları getirmiştir. İlk kez Almanya’da Hannover Fuarı’nda telaffuz edilen Endüstri 4.0, robotların etkin kullanımı, nesnelerin interneti, siber-fiziksel sistemler ve dijital ara yüzler ile ekonomik, sosyal, kültürel ve politik kabulleri derinden sarsacak gibi görünmektedir. Sürekli değişen ve gelişen bir olgu olan teknoloji, yeni meslekler ve istihdam olanakları yaratırken bazı geleneksel istihdam kollarını da yok etmektedir. Bu noktada, Türkiye’nin sahip olduğu genç nüfus potansiyelini de göz önüne alarak değişen istihdam koşulları bazında Endüstri 4.0’ın ne gibi etkilere neden olacağı sorusuna verilecek olası cevaplar da giderek önem kazanmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, eğitim, istihdam ve politika çerçevesinde Endüstri 4.0’ın Türkiye’de genç istihdamına etkilerini tartışmak, mevcut durumu ortaya koymak, muhtemel senaryolar üzerinden çıkarımlar yapmak ve tavsiyeler sunarak Endüstri 4.0’ın genç istihdamı için önemini ortaya koymaktır.

Abstract
Increases in the world population over the last 300 years have pushed countries to search for new resources. This search has brought new inventions, new opportunities and, most importantly, massive production increases. Industry 4.0, which was announced for the first time at the Hannover Fair in Germany, seems to shake economic, social, cultural and political assumptions deeply with the effective use of robots, the Internet of Things, cyber-physical systems and digital interfaces. Technology, which is a constantly changing and developing fact, creates new professions and employment opportunities while destroying some traditional employment lines. At this point, taking into account the potential of Türkiye's young population, the possible answers to the question of what kind of effects Industry 4.0 will cause on the basis of changing employment conditions are becoming increasingly important. The aim of this study is to discuss the effects of Industry 4.0 on youth employment in Türkiye in the framework of education, employment and policy, to reveal the current situation, to make inferences on possible scenarios and to reveal the importance of Industry 4.0 for youth employment by giving advices.
