Copyright and License Statement


Open Access

All materials published in the journal will be made publicly available free of charge for anyone to read, download, copy and distribute. Open access means that scientific literature can be accessed, read, saved, copied, printed, scanned, linked to the full text, indexed, transferred as data to software and used for any legal purpose, without financial, legal and technical barriers through the internet.

Users Rights

All articles are published under a Creative Commons — Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International — CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 (Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives) international license.

It allows both visitors and the wider -provided that it is not made for commercial purposes and distribution of the article is not allowed if it is modified or edited in any way- audience to share, copy, distribute, adapt, collate, convert and build on published articles in any environment or format.

 

Journal Rights

While the author(s) retain the copyright, they grant some rights to the Journal of Academic Value Studies (JAVStudies). Articles published via the Internet can be accessed, read, saved, archived, copied, printed, scanned, linked to the full text, indexed, transferred as data to software and used for any legal purpose, without financial, legal and technical barriers. However, published articles cannot be distributed by combining with another work, changing or adding to it, cannot be published as a newly article, and cannot be used for commercial purposes.
