Open access means that scientific literature can be accessed, read, saved, copied, printed, scanned, linked to the full text, indexed, transferred as data to software and used for any legal purpose, without financial, legal and technical barriers through the internet.

All articles are published under a Creative Commons — Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International — CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 (Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives) international license.
It allows both visitors and the wider -provided that it is not made for commercial purposes and distribution of the article is not allowed if it is modified or edited in any way- audience to share, copy, distribute, adapt, collate, convert and build on published articles in any environment or format.
While the author(s) retain the copyright, they grant some rights to the Journal of Academic Value Studies (JAVStudies).
