İş Yeri Eğitimi Gören Ticaret Meslek Lisesi Öğrencilerinin İşverenlerin Bakış Açısıyla Mesleki Yeterliliklerinin İncelenmesi: Osmaniye İlinde Bir Uygulama

Abstract
Mesleki eğitimin kalitesinin arttırılması, iş dünyasının nitelikli iş gücü ihtiyacının karşılanmasına ve ülkemizin uluslararası düzeyde rekabet gücüne büyük katkı sağlamaktadır. Bu bakımdan meslek liselerinde verilen teorik ve pratik eğitim, kalkınma adına stratejik bir öneme sahiptir. Muhasebenin işletmelerde ve kamu kurumlarındaki işlevsel olarak önemi son yıllarda artmıştır. Bu bakımdan, muhasebe eğitiminin temelinin atıldığı Ticaret Meslek Liseleri üstlendikleri rol bakımından mesleki eğitimde öne çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışma, mesleki eğitim kapsamında bir Ticaret Meslek Lisesi’nde kazandırılması gereken yeterliklerin, işverenlerin veya firma yetkililerinin (staj yapılan işletmeler) bakış açısıyla ne ölçüde kazandırıldığını ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Kazandırılması gereken yeterlikler, Osmaniye’deki bir Ticaret Meslek Lisesinde muhasebe ve finansman alanında eğitim alan öğrencilerin staj yaptığı işletmelere anket yoluyla sorularak işverenlerin algılamasında yeterliklerin kazanılma derecesi tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Osmaniye’de gerçekleştirilen alan araştırmasından hareketle, çalışmanın ilk boyutunda öğrencilerin staj yaptığı işletmelerin yapısı, çalışan personel sayısı, stajyer kabul etme yılı gibi değişkenler belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın ikinci boyutu ise, işletmelerin staj yapan öğrenci yeterliklerinin kazanımlarına ilişkin algılarını ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Öğrencilerin teoride kazanmaları gereken yeterliklerin ne derece kazandırıldığını staj yapılan işletmeler açısından ortaya konmuştur. Yapılan anket neticesinde, öğrencilerin okulda aldıkları genel muhasebe eğitimine ilişkin “yasal defterlere kayıt yapabilme, bilanço ve gelir tablosu düzenleme” ve “tekdüzen hesap planında yer alan hesapları tanıma ve kaydetme” önermelerinin en düşük ortalamalara sahip olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.

Abstract
Improvement in the quality of vocational training contributes to meet the employee requirements of business world and provide a competitive advantage in global competition. In this context, the theoretical and practical education given in the vocational high schools has a strategical importance in the development of countries. The role of accounting has gained importance in both private and public sectors in recent years. In this regard, Trade Vocational High Schools, where the base of accounting education is given come into prominence in vocational education in terms of the role, they play. The aim of this paper is to determine the extent to which qualifications required to be acquired in a Trade Vocational High School are gained from the pointviews of employers(internship enterprises). The qualifications determined are directed to organizations, where students, who are educated in the field of accounting and finance area do internship via questionnaire in order to determine the acquisition of the specified qualifications. Based on the field study done in Osmaniye, the factors such as the structure,the number of employees,year of intern acceptance of organizations where students do internship are determined in the first dimension of the study. The second dimension reveals the perception of the enterprises with regard to the students’ acquisition of competence. The extent of the acquisition of the competencies which students should be acquired is revealed in terms of the enterprises where internship is done. The results of survey revealed that students have lowest averages in propositions of "basic books to record, balance sheet and income table" and "to recognize and record the accounts in the uniform account plan" which are related to general accounting.
