Abstract
Değişen ekonomi, artan rekabet ortamı ve teknolojik gelişmelere ayak uydurabilme çabası örgütleri yeni arayışlara itmekte ve yapılandırmaktadır. Bu durum örgütler için yeni kavramların ortaya çıkmasına ya da daha önceleri ortaya konmuş ancak gerekli ilgiyi görememiş kavramların gündeme gelmesine neden olmuştur. Bu çalışmada, örgütsel sessizliğin örgütsel güven ve performansa etkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırma öğretmenler üzerinde anket yoluyla elde edilen veriler yoluyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda örgütsel sessizliğin alt boyutları ile örgütsel güven alt boyutları ve performans arasında ilişki tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
The changing economy, increasing competiton and the effort to keep up with technological developments push the organizations to new quests. This situation led to emergence of new concepts for the organizations or the concepts had been revealed before but which were not seen. In this study, the effect of organizational silence on organizational trust and performance is investigated. The research was conducted on the data obtained through the questionnaire, applied to the teachers. As a result of the research, the relationship between the sub-dimensions of organizational silence and organizational trust sub-dimensions and performance were determined.
