Abstract
Bu araştırma ile Konya ili; Meram, Karatay ve Selçuklu ilçelerinde bulunan 2014-2015 yılları arasında liselerde görevli öğretmenlerin görüşleri alınarak lise müdürlerinin liderlik düzeylerinin öğretmenlerin motivasyonuna etkileri saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Konya ölçeğinde kesitsel araştırmasına yönelik bu çalışmada, lise müdürlerinin liderlik düzeylerinin bazı değişkenler açısından öğretmenlere göre algılamaların karşılaştırılması yapılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan anket formu 31 lisede görevli 303 öğretmene uygulanmıştır. Anketin birinci bölümde demografik sorulara ve ikinci bölümünde liderlik ve motivasyon ile ilgili sorulara yer verilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin ölçeklerden elde ettikleri puanların öğretmenlerin bireysel özelliklerine göre farklılık gösterip göstermediği iki kategorili değişkenlerde t testi ile; ikiden fazla kategoriye sahip değişkenlerde ise tek yönlü ANOVA analizi ile test edilmiştir. ANOVA analizi sonrasında farklılığın hangi kategorilerde ortaya çıktığını belirlemek amacıyla post hoc testlerden Tukey HSD testi kullanılmıştır. Bu araştırmada; geleceğin emanetçisi gençlerimizi yetiştirmek hedefini taşıyan lise müdürlerinin, kalifiye hale getirilebilmesi, öğretmenlerin motivasyonunun artırılması ve eğitim sisteminin etkililiğinin oluşturulmasına ilişkin sonuç ve öneriler ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.

Abstract
With this research, Konya province; Meram, Karatay and Selçuklu districts in 2014-2015, the opinions of the teachers in the high schools were taken and the leadership levels of the high school principals tried to determine the motivation effects of the teachers. In this cross-sectional study on Konya scale, the leadership levels of high school principals were compared according to the teachers according to some variables. The questionnaire used in the study consisted of 303 teachers in 31 high schools. The first part of the questionnaire included demographic questions and the second part was about leadership and motivation questions. The t test was used for two categories of variables, in which the scores obtained by the teachers from the scales differed according to the individual characteristics of the teachers; One-way ANOVA analysis was used to test for variables with more than one categorical pair. Tukey HSD test was used in post hoc tests to determine which categories differed after ANOVA analysis. In this study; We have tried to put forward the conclusions and suggestions about the improvement of the motivation of the teachers and the formation of the effectiveness of the education system in order to improve the qualifications of the high school principals who are aiming to educate our future custodial young people.
