2006-2016 Kamu Personeli Seçme Sınavı (KPSS) A Grubu Muhasebe Sınav Sorularının İstatistiksel Analizi

Abstract
Kariyer hayatına başlamadan önce eğitimin son noktası üniversite eğitimidir. Öğrenciler için mezun olduktan sonra çeşitli kariyer seçenekleri vardır. Bunlardan biri de kamu personeli olmaktır. Kamu kurumlarında çalışmak için Kamu Personeli Seçme Sınavı (KPSS) ve kurumların kendi sınavlarına girilmesi gerekmektedir. Adaylar sınav kapsamında çeşitli alanlardan sorulara tabi tutulmaktadır. Bunlardan biri de muhasebe grubu sorularıdır. Bu nedenle lisans düzeyinde verilen muhasebe eğitiminin ihtiyaca uygun yapıda olması gerekmektedir. Bu gereksinimlerin karşılanması etkin ve aynı zamanda güncel bir muhasebe eğitimi ile sağlanabilecektir. Bu çalışmada KPSS A grubundaki muhasebe sorularının hangi konulardan oluştuğu ve bu konuların yıllara göre trendi incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın kapsamı 2006-2016 yılları sınav soruları olarak belirlenmiş olup, erişim sıkıntısı sebebiyle 2014 ve 2015 yılları çalışmaya dahil edilememiştir. Muhasebe testindeki sınav sorularının hangi konulardan ibaret olduğu ve yıllar içerisinde değişim gösterip göstermediği incelenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda lisans eğitiminin bu sınavla örtüştüğü ve sınav sorularının yıllar itibariyle bazı değişiklikler gösterdiği gözlemlenmiştir.

Abstract
The last point of education is university education before starting career life. There are various career options for students after graduation. Being public personnel is one of these. It is required to take both Public Personnel Selection Examination (PPSE) and some special examinations of public institutions to work as a public official in Turkey. For candidates, there are multiple questions from various areas to test, within the scope of the examination. One of those areas is the test of accounting. Thus, accounting education at bachelor’s degree courses should be constant with the needs of candidates for this examination. Answering this need would be possible with an efficient and up-to-date accounting education. In this study, the subjects of accounting which have been taken place in PPSE-A and yearly trends of the test questions which have come from these subjects were examined. Scope of this study is, determined as the test questions took place in the examination for the term 2006-2016. However, years of 2014 and 2015 excluded from the study by the reason of data accession problems. As the result of the study, it is observed that, in Bachelor’s Degree education of accounting corresponds to the students’ needs for this examination and subject contents of the examination questions differ year by year.
