Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

Journal of Academic Value Studies (JAVStudies) is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics. To ensure transparency, academic integrity, and the credibility of published works, the journal strictly adheres to the guidelines and principles set forth by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).

This statement outlines the ethical responsibilities of all parties involved in the publication process, including authors, editors, and reviewers. All submissions to JAVStudies must comply with these ethical standards. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the manuscript, retraction of the published article, or further institutional notification if necessary.

By submitting a manuscript to JAVStudies, authors confirm that they are aware of and agree to the journal’s ethical policies, including but not limited to:

- Authorship integrity and acknowledgment of contributions.
- Originality of the work and avoidance of plagiarism.
- Proper citation and referencing of prior research.
- Adherence to research ethics involving human and animal subjects.
- Declaration of conflicts of interest and sources of funding.

These policies apply to all submitted and published content, and the editorial board reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of suspected ethical misconduct.
