Abstract
Küreselleşme süreci ile birlikte birçok şirket finansal piyasalarda çeşitli enstrümanları kullanarak ucuz finansman sağlamaktadır. Özellikle, gelişmemiş ve gelişmekte olan ekonomilerde faaliyet gösteren işletmeler için ucuz finansman kaynaklarına erişim önemlidir. Borsalar, finansal sistemin gelişmesinde önemli bir rol oynar. Finansal sistemin gelişmesi ile birlikte şirketler ve bireyler tasarruflarını değerlendirme fırsatını bulurken, ucuz finansmana erişim açısından da çok önemli bir avantaj elde etmiş olurlar. Kırgızistan, bağımsızlık sonra finansal piyasaların sağlıklı ve hızlı bir şekilde gelişmesi için çeşitli adımlar atmıştır. Bu adımların en önemlilerinden bir tanesi Kırgızistan Borsası’nın faaliyete geçirilmesidir. Türkiye başta olmak üzere birçok ülkenin desteği ile borsa çok hızlı piyasa koşullarına adapte olarak Kırgızistan finansal sisteminin gelişmesinde çok önemli katkılar sunmaktadır. Çalışmamızda, Kırgızistan borsasının tarihi incelenmiş Türkiye ve Rusya ülkelerinin borsa verileri ile karşılaştırmalı analiz yapılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında, 2015-2019 resmi borsa verileri kullanılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, borsa gelişim tarihi ve verileri incelenmiş ve Kırgızistan’ın Türkiye ve Rusya ülkelerine göre oldukça az geliştiği fakat Rusya ile olan daha eski lakin Türkiye ile olan yeni gelişen ilişkiler sayesinde gelişme potansiyelinin olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
With the globalization process, many companies provide cheap financing by using various instruments in financial markets. Access to cheap sources of finance is especially important for businesses operating in underdeveloped and developing economies. Stock markets play an important role in the development of the financial system. With the development of the financial system, while companies and individuals have the opportunity to make use of their savings, they also gain a very important advantage in terms of access to cheap finance. After independence, Kyrgyzstan has taken various steps for a healthy and rapid development of financial markets. One of the most important of these steps is the activation of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange. With the support of many countries, especially Turkey stock as adapted very quickly to market conditions is a very important contribution in the development of Kyrgyzstan financial system. In our study, it examined the history of the stock market in Turkey and Kyrgyzstan has made a comparative analysis with the data of the Russian stock market the country. Within the scope of the study, 2015-2019 official stock market data were used. In conclusion, the stock market history and examined the data and that Kyrgyzstan and Turkey have improved considerably less than their Russian country but have reached the conclusion that the older yet the growth potential through new developing relations with Turkey with Russia.
