Gri Sistem Teorisi Kullanılarak Hastane Polikliniklerinin Faaliyet Performansının CRITIC ve ARAS Yöntemleri ile Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract
Bu çalışmada Ankara’da faaliyet gösteren bir özel hastanenin poliklinikleri yıllık faaliyet etkinliğine göre sıralanmıştır. Bu amaçla Çok Kriterli Karar Verme Yöntemlerinden CRITIC ve ARAS yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. CRITIC yöntemi ile poliklinikte muayene olan hasta sayısı, poliklinikten yönlendirilen tetkik sayısı, hasta memnuniyet puanı ortalaması ve şikâyet sayısı kriterleri ağırlıklandıırılmıştır. Kriter ağırlıklarının hesaplanmasının ardından poliklinikler faaliyet performansına göre ARAS yöntemi kullanılarak sıralanmıştır. CRITIC yöntemi sonuçlarına göre hasta sayısı en büyük kriter ağırlığına sahipken hasta memnuniyet puanı ortalaması en düşük kriter ağırlığına sahiptir. ARAS yöntemi sonuçlarına göre ise Kadın Doğum-2, Fizik Tedavi, Ortopedi, Genel Cerrahi ve Fizik Tedavi-2 poliklinikleri en yüksek faaliyet performansına sahip polikliniklerdir. Bu poliklinikler yapılan performans sıralamasında ilk beş sırada yer almaktadır. Bununla birlikte yapılan performans sıralamasında son beş sırada yer alan ve en kötü faaliyet performansına sahip poliklinikler Dâhiliye, Kardiyoloji, Kardiyoloji-2, Üroloji ve Göğüs Hastalıkları olarak bulunmuştur.

In this study, the polyclinics of a private hospital that is operating in Ankara were ranked according to annual operational performance. For this purpose, CRITIC and ARAS methods were used. With the CRITIC method, the criteria for the number of patients, the number of examinations, the average patient satisfaction scores, and the number of complaints were weighted. After calculating the criteria weights, the polyclinics were ranked according to their operational performance by using the ARAS method. By the results of the CRITIC method, the number of patients has the highest criterion weight, the average patient satisfaction score has the lowest. The results of the ARAS method, Obstetrics-2, Physical Therapy, Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Physical Therapy-2 polyclinics are the polyclinics with the highest operational performance. However, Internal medicine, Cardiology, Cardiology-2, Urology, and Chest Diseases polyclinics have the worst operational performance.
