Writing Rules


  1. Paper Size should be A4 (21cm-29.7cm/8.27in-11.69in) and vertical.
  2. Margins: Narrow (all sides: 1.27 cm)
  3. Font: Calibri Light
  4. Font Size: Main heading 16, subheadings 11, text 11, table contents, abstracts and footnote 10
  5. Text paragraph spacing: First 0 pt – then 6 pt (0 pt before and after in table contents, single line spacing, and 6 pt before and after the paragraph after tables and figures)
  6. Line Spacing: Single

 

Summary/Abstract

  1. Abstract(s) should consist of a minimum of 100 words and a maximum of 200 words.
  2. Keywords should consist of at least 3 and at most 10 words. Conjunctions (and, with, etc.) should not be used in keywords.
  3. English titles, English abstracts and English keywords are required for Turkish articles.
  4. Turkish title, Turkish abstract and Turkish keywords are not obligatory for English articles.

 

Other

  1. Authors should not include headers, footers and page numbers. If the template is used, they should not take action.
  2. Blank lines can be left above the heading, but not below the heading, and no blank lines should be left at the beginning and end of the table/figure.
  3. Bold fonts should not be used except for headings and table/figure captions. Table and figure captions should be at the top.
  4. If a special font (font) not included in the Microsoft Word program has to be used, the font file must also be uploaded.
  5. Hyperlinks (links) should not be used in the text.
  6. If possible, gray tones should be used in tables and figures. Colored tables and figures should not be used.
  7. If possible, all tables and figures should be prepared by the author.

 

Bibliography and Citation

  1. APA style should be used for citations and bibliography.
  2. The bibliography should be listed alphabetically according to the surname of the author and should be in one piece.
  3. Studies that are not cited in the article should not be included in the bibliography.
  4. A cited work should definitely be included in the bibliography.
  5. This information must be added to the sources with DOI information.
