Abstract

The most important value that affects organizations' success and existence is human power. Human resource is a subject that businees managers should deal with. At this point, the recognition of the employees and the personality of the employees are an important elements. Sometimes, immoral behaviors arise in organizations. It is necessary to take necessary precautions by detection of unethical behavior. In recent years, the issue of whistleblowing has begun to be discussed. Whistleblowing is an important action in terms of public benefit. However, employees are sometimes irresolute about whistleblowing. At this point, the sense of justice that employees perceive is important. In the literature, there is no existing study investigating the relationship between personality traits and whistleblowingtendency and the effect oforganizational justice perception on this relationship. Whistleblowing, which is a new concept for our country's literature, in other words, information about the concept called whistleblowing, relationship between personality traits and whistleblowing tendencies and organizational justice perception were explained. The main focus of this study is to determine whether the perception of organizational justice has a role on the relationship between employee personality traits and whistleblowing tendencies.
