Abstract

Being a part of society businesses are charged of providing them social benefit. Within this framework it is both crucial to coordinate the their business life quality of the workers and their financial gain. Regarding to the issue notably the workplaces and all the pressure groups should consider humanizing the working life as an assignment. The aim of this study is to reveal the level of the sales personnel performance after being affected by the store atmosphere, how it is evaluated and the effects of these evaluation criteria over the sales personnel. At this research; it is asked to the sales personnel to evaluate the store atmosphere and the effects of the store atmosphere over sales personnel is analyzed by descriptive survey model. Since the effects of the store atmosphere over sales personnel performance is examined the study is also based on relational screening model. At the research, as data collection tool survey form is used. The survey consist of two chapter. The first part is formed from 43 questions by which the sales personnel store atmosphere is evaluated. At the second part of the survey with 13 question the sales personnel performance is evaluated. In order to specify the effect of the store atmosphere over the sales personnel performance the multiple regression analysis is used. As a result, it seen that there is the effect of store atmosphere over sales personnel performance.
