It is important for them to feel good at work and enjoy their work. This is only possible if people do what they love. The basic factor to love their work that individuals do depends on thier education life. Because education directly shapes what kind of career the individual will have in the future. Especially the area the individual choose during pre-universtiy period is the first step of their career. It is thought that individuals who win a pre-license or undergraduate degree in their chosen departments create differences in career anchors perceptions. In this context, it is aimed to reveal career anchors perceptions of undergraduate and pre-license students in university life which is an important determinant of the research. A survey study was conducted to collect data for the study. According to the results of the answers given to the questionnaires, the dimensions of average career anchor perceived by the pre-license and undergraduate students were different from each other. In addition, it was concluded that there were statistically significant differences in the way students' career anchor perceptions when analyzed with demographic variables.},author={Metin IŞIK},year={2017},journal={Journal of Academic Value Studies (JAVStudies)}}
