Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of perception of diversity management on the perception of organizational justice with regard to the academic and administrative staff working at Kırıkkale University. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to space 165 academic and 164 administrative staff working in this university. Frequancy, T-test, ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis were performed by using SPSS software on the data obtained from the questionnaire. According to the correlation analysis, a significant positive relationship was found between all dimensions of diversity management (individual attitudes and behavior, organizational values and norms, managerial practices and policies) and all dimensions of organizational justice (distributive, procedural and interactional justice). According to the results of regression analysis; a positive effect was determined on a dimension of diversity management (managerial practices and policies) on all dimension of organizational justice. It was also determined that dimensions of diversity management (individual attitudes and behavior, organizational values and norms) and dimensions of organizational justice (distributive and interactional justice) vary significantly among working as academic and administrative staff variable; dimensions of diversity management (individual attitudes and behavior, organizational values and norms) vary significantly in accordance with the academics titles variable.
