Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the intentions of leave of employment of the personnel working in hotel management sector by revealing their perception on training applications at their hotels and organizational communication, and also to search the effects of training applications and organizational communication on the intention of leave of employment. For this purpose; initially, conceptual frame was set by scanning domestic and foreign literature. Then, a field search was done on 150 personnel working at the starred hotels operating in Gaziantep with tourism operation license of Tourism Ministry in order to search the effects of training applications at hotels and organizational communication on the intention of leave of employment. The hypothesises of the research were tested by being analyzed in SPSS program. At the result of the research, it was established that training applications of hotels and organizational communication have a positive and sensible effect on the intention of leave of employment.
