Nowadays, many manufacturing businesses are implementing the just-in-time production system in the production process to compete in the global markets. The reason for choosing this system is that being sensitive to prodigality and being in the effort to reduce costs. The Just-in-Time Production System's success in the production drives this philosophy throughout the entire supply chain. In recent years, many businesses have begun to recognize the importance of supplier relationship in achieving competitive advantage of providing goods and services. In this context, the aim of the study is to determine the supplier relations in the just-in-time production system of the SMEs, operating in the manufacturing sector. The data used in the study were obtained from 54 small and medium sized businesses operating in the Organized Industrial Zone of Ordu Province using the face-to-face survey method. Availability of supplier relations scale data set for factor analysis was examined with the KMO and Barlett's test. As a result of the applied factor analysis, the value of Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) was found to be 0.671 and the study was decided suitable for factor analysis. As a result, the factors that are effective in determining the supplier relations in the SME 's just-in-time production system were collected under four headings. These headings are the “cooperation, mutual trust, communication and efficiency”.
