Abstract

Organizational citizenship is defined as voluntary effort by the individual beyond the standards set for him / herself. Academic achievement is defined as the level of achievement of the student's intended behavior in academic life. Acting with the belief that these two concepts can affect with each other; the purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between organizational citizenship, academic achievement and the demographic characteristics of students. The target population of the study is composed of the students of Kafkas University Social Sciences Vocational School, Aksaray University Şereflikoçhisar Vocational School and Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vocational School. Survey technique was used in the research. The scale used consists of 15 questions and 5 dimensions developed by Özdevecioğlu in 2003, based on the Organ's 5 organizational citizenship behavior dimension. In addition, 7 questions were asked to determine the demographic characteristics of the students in the survey. The results of the research will be evaluated with various statistical tests and the results will be examined at 3 universities selected from different geographical regions.
