The most concrete step in this regard is the Law No. 6284 on the Protection of the Family and the Prevention of Violence Against Women. The scope of the law numbered 6248 is described as the protection of women, children, family members and unilaterally insistent persons who are subjected to violence or threats of violence. Protective and preventive measures will be taken for the protection of victims of violence. The protective measures are classified into two categories by the decision making authority . The courts may give decision on preventive and protective injunctions referred to in Law No. 6284. On the other hand, in cases where Administrative chiefs and law enforcement officials in cases of inconvenient delays may decide on certain administrative protection measures peculiar to the situation of the victim or violent victim. Administrative chiefs and law enforcement officials can contact with the crime victim more quickly and take effective protective and preventive measures. Administrative protection measures have been shown to have a great importance in terms of protection of victims of violence because they are effective and rapid protection measures in accordance with the basic principles of the law numbered 6248.},author={Ali BALKAN},year={2017},journal={Journal of Academic Value Studies (JAVStudies)}}
