Abstract

Political or economic crises, depending on internal or external factors, can seriously affect the hospitality industry. In times of crisis that may occur, crises need to be lifted in the middle. If it can not be removed from within, the effects must be minimized. This can be achieved, the experience gained during past crises, and the knowledge and skills of decision-makers on how to manage crises can play an important role. In the study, it was researched what kind of measures will be taken by the people in the managerial stages of the hotel business in crisis situations that may occur. Questionnaire technique was used as a data collection tool in the survey and it was benefited from Israeli, Mohsin and Kumar (2011) 's crisis management scale. Data from the questionnaires were analyzed through statistical package program. As a result of the research, hotel management has reached the conclusion that they will attach more importance to marketing efforts against a future crime. In addition, it appears that more than half of the hotel enterprises participating in the survey did not have much crisis management team.
