Otherwise social loafing perception that caused the company losses in performance and productivity presenteeism tendencies depending on the organizational atmosphere. This study presenteeism and of size perception of social loafing is analyzed and the losses of productivity that will be exposed to the business are seen as an indication. This quantitative research the relationship between presenteeism and social loafing has been tried to be determined in an empirical research design. Research within the scope of the required data structured Questionnaire technique with was obtained 102 valid responses gathered from the automotive sector employees operating in Konya province. SPSS software is used to analyze the data. Research findings a statistically significant positive relationship between has been identified presenteeism.
