Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analize, from entertainment marketing perspective, how Park Antep is recognized by its visitors. In the first chapter “entertainment” was defined and it was looked at the relationship of entertainment and free time. After this the entertainment industry, its development, aspects which influence its development and the characteristics of the entertainment industry were discussed. In the second part the main topic “entertainment marketing” was discussed. Furthermore it was discussed that entertainment is a need. After this it was talked about the definition of entertainment marketing, its content and development. The 4 C’s of entertainment marketing and entertainment consumers were mentioned in the last part of part two. In the third part entertainmet and theme parks were introduced. Further the develpoment history of Park Antep and the play stations which exist in Park Antep were presented. In the fourth part it was take through a survey with help of the Park Antep visitors. With this survey it was analized how visitors are observing Park Antep. As mentioned above the datas were collected with a survey. The datas were evaluated with help of the SPSS program and with using procent analysis, crosstabulations and chi-sqaure tests. The results show that visitors in different ages can give different anwers to the questions. So, the age has an influence on the answers. In view to this result, the work is completed with suggestions for Park Antep.
