Fraud is inevitable fact in banking sector thatconsists of full scale organizations having extensive service network and product range where money has control over and great transactions occur. In this study, fraud transactions occurred in banking sector are detected and evaluated from different point of view. A survey is prepared drawn from related literature within the scope of the study and conducted to inspection board and internal auditing staff of the banks. According to the results of the study, it is detected that almost all the banks participate in this research met with fraud transactions. Furthermore, the findings that the fraud transactions mostly occurred in branch sales and branch cash-desk departments and mostly occurred by executing a transaction in customer account beyond customer’s knowledge, are from the important results of the study.},author={Adnan DÖNMEZ-& Hasan BAĞIŞLAR},year={2017},journal={Journal of Academic Value Studies (JAVStudies)}}
