Among these steps, export promotion practices have been put into practice in the framework of the Customs Union Agreement with the EU in 1996 and the European Union Customs Legislation.The most commonly used inward process processing regime is an economic customs regime aimed at encouraging exports by reducing the cost of imported goods in the goods to be exported. The purpose of this study is; It is possible to reveal the export and import tariff effects from the date when the DIR system enters into force.
