Abstract

Service is an important factor in increasing business success. Services are the benefits that consumers cannot move, store, and buy from producers without having service. It is very important that the quality understanding of the service provision of the health institutions, which maintain their existence in the competitive environment, provide their place in the health sector and the sector. The fact that the quality of service is positive with respect to consumer perception affects consumers' satisfaction in general, their desire to re-prefer service and to offer others. The new economy is a very important factor for the competition among institutions to survive. In the health sector, especially in recent years, marketing research and applications have become important. In the healthcare market where competition is very intense on the market, hospitals have to give importance to service quality and marketing in order to be able to sustain their assets. In this direction, the study was carried out on 01-30 July 2016 from 501 hospitals and state hospitals operating in Konya and randomly selected 501 people to evaluate how important the quality of service is in hospitals in terms of service marketing and how the patients find hospitals in terms of service quality, and to measure the satisfaction and satisfaction of having the patient choose the hospital again and recommend it to others.
