Abstract

In today's fast-paced world of change and development, businesses' efforts to maintain their existence by holding on to their competitive advantage have begun to be directly related to qualities and the perceptions of employees about organization. However, how it perceives organizational justice is very important. It is the desire to be reached together with organizational justice, by establishing a legitimate managerial structure, in order to ensure that the organizational commitment of employees are particularly emotional. The relationship between organizational justice and emotional commitment and their interactions are important issues affecting the efficiency and performance of employees. The investigation of both of the above mentioned issues and the sharing of the results have been the basis of this research. In other words, it is the starting point of research on relations of the emotional commitment of employees to their organizations with their established or perceived organizational justice. In this context, the purpose of the research is to determine the relationship between organizational justice and emotional commitment, which is perceived by employee, and to reveal the effect of the perceived organizational justice on the emotional commitment of employee. Within the scope of the survey, data were collected through questionnaires from 185 public and private bank employees of Adıyaman province. The reliability of the perceived organizational justice scale used in the study (Cronbach's alpha) was 91.6% and the emotional commitment scale was 95.2%. As a result of the study, it has been determined that the perceived organizational justice for the employee's emotional commitment is an important factor, and that there is an important and positive relationship between perceived organizational justice and emotional commitment.
