Tourism, which is one of the most important elements of social, environmental, and economical development of an area, is significantly affected by the approach of the people who are permanently resident in the settlement. In this manner, this study aims to analyze the positive and negative impacts of the social, environmental, and economical effects of the tourism on the community. The data were collected fromlocal community in Mustafakemalpaşa, Bursa. The main purpose of the study is to reveal how the locals are influenced from the tourism which has a great impact on the social, environmental, and economical life in Mustafakemalpasa, where tourism is underdeveloped nowadays but the future development is promising. The findigs suggests that 65.5% of the participants who take a part in the study support the positive opinion which is "Tourism would attract more invesment in the region” and 33,5% of them support the negative opinion of that "Devolepment of tourism would increase the cost for goods and services ". According to the findings, the positive impacts of tourism occur mostly because of the economical effects of the tourism while the negative effects of tourism arise mainly from its social effects.
