From this point of view, in this study, the answer to the basic research question is "Is organizational trust an intermediary role in the effect of organizational spirituality on job stress?" The study is an empirical research. In this research, survey technique is used as data collection tool. The survey was conducted on individuals working in an iron and steel business located in the Konya Organized Industrial Zone and all employees of the surveying enterprise (147 individuals) participated. The obtained data were analyzed by statistical methods.
