Abstract

The conceptual framework of the research constitutes organizational trust as a component that has strategic importance in terms of job stress and sustainability of businesses that produce negative/negative values for human resources of organizational spirituality which express all accepted values in business/business life. In the literature review, there was no study examining the role of organizational trust in the influence of organizational spirituality on job stress. From this point of view, in this study, the answer to the basic research question is "Is organizational trust an intermediary role in the effect of organizational spirituality on job stress?" The study is an empirical research. In this research, survey technique is used as data collection tool. The survey was conducted on individuals working in an iron and steel business located in the Konya Organized Industrial Zone and all employees of the surveying enterprise (147 individuals) participated. The obtained data were analyzed by statistical methods. It is considered that the findings obtained in the study will contribute useful information to the field and provide useful ideas for practical application.
