Abstract

The main aim of this study is to examine the master and doctoral dissertations in Turkey in the last ten years in terms of organizational commitment and motivation from a bibliographical point of view. A total of 20 postgraduate dissertations related to the subject were examined using content analysis. In the study, descriptive analyzes such as frequency, percentage and mean were used and the related calculations were made using Microsoft Excel 2010 package program. As a result of the study, the following information has been reached: most of the thesis is written in 2015, the number of master's thesis is more, women show more interest in this topic, most thesis is written in Beykent University, all theses are written in Turkish language, the mean page number of theses is 159, most of the theses were written in the social sciences institute, most of them were of quantitative kind, the mean of sample volume was 277, the most used test types were correlation, anova and t, the most thesis was written in the education sector, the participants mostly come from teachers, health personnel and hotel employees, most of the theses are written in the field of business administration, all theses are directed by professors, associate professors and assistant professors, and 60% of the theses do not specify the sampling method.
