Abstract

The purpose of this study form the examination of the effects of organizational justice on counterproductive work behaviors within the content of Adams' "Justice Theory". In the related article, despite the fact that there is a lot of research on the effects of organizational justice on counterproductive work behaviors , the studies which shows inwhich conditions this relationship is stronger or weaker are limited. In other words, it has been tried to be shown which conditions affect the relationship between organizational justice and counterproductive work behaviors. In this context, the research is thought to be special because it fills the gap mentioned in the field literature. In the last quarter of 2017, 236 bank employees obtained from easy sampling method constitute the sample of the survey. Data collected in the study were analyzed using SPSS 21 package program from quantitative analysis methods. All of this information in the work, the findings of the study showed that organizational Justice has a positive effect on the counterproductive work behaviors. As a result of the research, various recommendations were presented for managers and employees to reduce the impact of organizational Justice on counterproductive work behaviors.
