Abstract

The changing economy, increasing competiton and the effort to keep up with technological developments push the organizations to new quests. This situation led to emergence of new concepts for the organizations or the concepts had been revealed before but which were not seen. In this study, the effect of organizational silence on organizational trust and performance is investigated. The research was conducted on the data obtained through the questionnaire, applied to the teachers. As a result of the research, the relationship between the sub-dimensions of organizational silence and organizational trust sub-dimensions and performance were determined.
