Abstract

In the literature; Presenteeism, referred to as being in the workplace while the patient is ill, can affect the general health of the occupants by creating a number of problems in terms of health and productivity and confronts the operators with significant cost losses. Organizational silence is defined as the avoidance of expressing thoughts and suggestions about organizational issues due to various reasons of businessmen. These two concepts are assumed to affect each other in business life. Therefore, it is among the assumptions that the efficiency and efficiency of the businessmen will affect the negative. In the study, the literature related to the concepts of presenteism, ie the inability to exist at work and organizational silence, has been searched and the development of these concepts and their interactions are emphasized.
