The most important and indispensable condition of the rule of law principle, which provides the legal assurance of its citizens, is to limit the area of interference with fundamental rights and freedoms of the administration using the public power. As the public administration triggered by the globalization process ends the stability of the public administration in the process of change and transformation, the control of its important functions like the public administration has forced the change to keep pace. In this process, in contrast to the traditional methods under the supervision of the public administration, modern control methods suitable for the change of the fabric have been applied. The most important of these is the ombudsman supervision. Our work will examine the contributions of the public administration to the control of the ombudsman, which is not an alternative to the traditional control mechanisms of the public administration, but which acts as a complementing and supporting mechanism for the missing aspects of these methods.},author={Emre KAYA},year={2018},journal={Journal of Academic Value Studies (JAVStudies)}}
